Oasis are a five-piece indie band from Manchester, England. Over the years, they have had phenomenal success and have produced songs that turned into anthems, like the epic "Wonderwall" and "Don't Look Back In Anger". They have had five number one singles and two number one albums in their time including, 'Standing On The Shoulder Of Giants'. The band found renewed success and popularity with their albums, 'Don't Believe the Truth', and 'Dig Out Your Soul'. Oasis became a four piece as musician/songwriter, Noel Gallagher announces his departure from Oasis in late August 2009.
