54 Seconds' second album, is a blending of the original Promo and Promo 2 discs, re-mastered with some additional songs from the same sessions. All songs were recorded as demos and promotional material intended for the record industry. Using an 8-track machine, the recordings were made at band members' houses and rehearsal spaces, between 1999 and 2000.
