Ursa Minor, more commonly known as The Little Dipper, is one of the constellations visable from only the Northern Hemisphere. Ursa Minor is Latin for Little Bear, as it is dwarfed in size by Ursa Major. It's major star is Polaris, otherwise known as the North Star.
