Description

Bicycles track racing consist of racing upon an indoor or outdoor track.

The track is usually an oblong oval shape and is made up of either wood, concrete, or asphalt depending upon the location. The race consists of a predetermined number of laps around the track. A lap is considered to be the distance equal to one trip around the track.

The first person to navigate the required number of laps in the least amount of time is the winner.
