Lung Cancers

Lung cancer is currently the leading cause of male deaths by cancer in the United States. It is also increasing in incidence among women.

Lung cancer has been strongly linked to smoking and inhalation of airborne pollutants. Asbestos can also increase the likelihood of developing a lung adenocarcinoma, particularly among smokers.
