Metal Dungeon was originally developed in Japan by Panther Software. The player controls a group of five mercenaries (which can be automatically generated), and must explore and complete a dungeon divided into 10 randomly generated sections. The game offers five types of weapons: swords, rods, guns, hammers, and knuckles. A selection of armor is also available to equip. Battles between the characters and monsters take place in real-time, with the characters organized into two rows.
