A thermometer is an essential tool for candlemaking, as wax is very temperature-sensitive. Our thermometers have a large, easy to read display, and include a protective sheath for storage (not shown). The attached red ball is made of wood, so it always stays cool enough to touch. The metal clip allows you to clip it right to your melt pot for convenience. Temperature range is 75 - 400° F, in 5 degree increments. Also excellent for candy making, but do not use the same thermometer that you've already used for candlemaking.
